I would like to create an email list from a column and my numbers spreadsheet of over 200 emails. If I use the concatenate function will the recipient see the whole list or just theirs in the To: field? Please advise me on how to create this type of email list.

That depends on how you place the data in the email client (Apple Mail or whatever you are using). All recipients can see the "To" recipients. They can't see what's in "bcc:"

You might want to consider whether you want to have the email addresses in the Contacts app rather than Numbers.
