Free apple pencil with student offer
I have purchased ipad air new 1 month ago with normal student offer. But now you will get free pencil with back to school offer.
Can I get free pencil now for the purchase made before 1month?

If purchased directly from Apple, you generally have 14-days within which Apple will unconditionally accept return of an undamaged device for exchange or refund. This opportunity can sometimes be helpful in being able to return for refund - and then make a new purchase with benefit of a discount or other incentive deal where available.
As you are outside of Apple's 14-day return period, you're out of luck.
