How can I restore data from a newer iPhone to an older iOS iPhone?

Hi there, I am downgrading my device as I am giving my iPhone 15 Pro to my daughter. I am going to be using a standard iPhone 10/X however the iOS on this device is 16 .XX as oppose to the current 17.XX.

I cannot update past 16 on the iPhone 10 therefore it will not let me load my backup from my iPhone 15 Pro as it is on iOS 17.

Is there any way possible to move all photos/apps/contacts… everything basically without being on the same iOS?

It would be a real pain if it is impossible, if this is the case is there any outside of the box workarounds for this? Such as software or anything etc.
