How to create a To-do list that shows tasks by date in Reminder App of iPad

I want to create a to do list that shows tasks by date (today) as well as tasks with priorities that are not dated. I don’t want tasks that have priorities but dated other than today. Can this be done in Reminders?

Reminders App - Ordering of Tasks in Schedule view I have several lists set up in Reminders. In the Scheduled view tasks automatically show by list in the order the lists were created, oldest list first. Is there any way of changing this? I'd like tasks to be ordered by priority or, if this is impossible, to order them manually. Oldest list first makes no sense for me. Have tried dragging them around but they just return to default order.

How to display Subtasks in Reminders App Today View? Seen a couple of posts whereby I was having the same issue as others that the Reminders app wouldn't show subtasks when going to the Today view. The solution is setting the date for the subtasks as well as the parent task. If the subtasks don't have a date, they will remain in the List they were created in. If a date is applied to the subtasks, they will also appear on the subsequent day/today list. It's an OK workaround, but it would be much nicer to just have the drop down > available, rather than setting dates for each subsequent task. Does anyone else have another solution or is this something that Apple can add to the "fixme" tickets? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

How do i change the reminders complication to show a different list? I can't find a way to change the list the complication shows. It's always the Today view, in order of time. But I, like most people, don't assign a timestamp to each reminder - it's not a calendar after all. Reminders works best when you roughly order your most urgent todos (the flagged view is perfect for this), and then work your way through them. But sadly the complication can't show the next few reminders from, say, the flagged view. Only Today, only in-order, only by timestamp. Now that iOS16 is out with homescreen widgets, I find this doubly annoying, because you can set any list you want to show there. Please fix this Apple?
