Iphone 11 frozen on apple logo & wont recognize computer with Force restart

My Iphone11 is stuck on the apple logo. I've done the volume up & down then power button force restart. It just returns to the apple logo. When I do it with it plugged into an mac computer it does the same thing & doesn't recognize the computer & the computer doesn't recognize it. It doesn't ask me to trust the computer. Nothing... Just the apple logo.
