Up to IpadOS 17 i couldn‘t log in to any game with Gmail or Facebook due to the crashing pop-up screen (as third party platform). i tried to update the newest version or restart the device but it did not fix the problem. My device is Ipad Air 4, it‘s not that old. So what is the solution for me other than buying the new Ipad ?

Contact whoever is maintaining Game Version 2.0.1594414-1, and request their assistance with accessing the authentication error blocking access to the games.
If it is accessible here, there is a Customer Service control shown, too.
While the game platform maintainers may not be directly involved in some variation of some Google authentication error for instance, the folks maintaining the platform are closer to the error than we are, and they are closer to the error than is Apple.
Other potential issues are low-powered mode, and the use of tethering.
PS: If you’re running any add-on security apps or any add-on VPN apps or any add-on ad-blocking apps, temporarily remove all of those, restart, and test again.
If updating iPadOS to current, removing the problematic third-party platform app, force-restarting, and re-installing the third-party platform app does not work, contact the third-party platform app provider.
A new iPad isn’t going to solve the problem. Contact the app developer.
The app developer is the closest entity to the error.
If that error is with Google or Apple, the app developer is still closed to the error, and can package a reproducer for Google or Facebook or Apple.
Past what was suggested above, and past trying to figure out if there are any obvious differences between your friend’s working configuration and your non-working configuration, Apple has no access to any of this, and no path to the error.

there is another point that i believe that sth wrong w my Ipad is every single game (circa 10) has the same logging issue. But in my Iphone 15 Plus and Ipad gen 10th borrowed from my friend, i can log in and play like normal, so maybe i’m dumb but i don’t really understand what’s the point of contacting the game maintainers or the third party (Google/Facebook) cause it worked in another devices.
Should i just bring my Ipad to Apple Store and ask them 🙂 ?
