A few days i was using my Iphone 11 to pay a bill. I then closed the app to switch to a different one and it just stopped responding to touch. I've tried hard restarting it over 20 times and resetting it through iTunes. Still nothing. Apple support has been no help whatsoever.

Restore from backup, restore as new device.
