Notifications on Apple Notes App not pushing

I am not getting alerts when someone makes a change to a collaborated note, until I open the app. I have checked all the settings in the Apple support thread and everything I can see is set up correctly. I have the latest iOS update. Any ideas?

Apple Notes "A link couldn’t be created for you to share." Hi guys I am trying to add people to collaborate on my notes, I recived a notification from the Notes, Couldn't add people A link couldn’t be created for you to share. Any information about the same problem? I'm trying to share with people I've been able to in the past. Thanks
