"Do Not Disturb" message blocking notifications on my iPhone SE 3rd Gen

My Iphone SE 3rd generation suddenly started blocking notifications of calls and texts. On screen it's saying "Do not disturb". I've gone to settings and selected as many allow notifications as I can find but still no luck. Has anyone else had this problem?
