How to avoid overcharging my iPhone 8 Plus when charging late at night?

I am an Night Owl who use to Sleep Late Night somewhere around 4-5 in the Morning residing in India I am Using an Iphone 8plus as my Device and i want to know how can I stop Overcharging my Iphone once it Charges 100% ? I dont have time to remove the Usb when i am in Sleep. So itz a humble request to Apple Community to kindly Help me with this Issue . Thanks .
