Reduce printed size of photo?

I would like to make a photo 1.5" in diameter to create buttons with the image.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 14.5

This is something you would do in an app like Pages. Create the shape in that and add your image to it, then in the print dialogue you can set the size.
