on computer, music moved from itunes to music app, how do i sync to phone

Windows computer, I opened itunes and got a pop up stating:

I have my own music ripped from cds in that music library. I downloaded the apple music app and I see absolutely no way to sync music to my phone now. whats the deal here?????
