When turning on my iPhone 11 it says Hello. Like it’s ready to be programmed. Then wants a passcode that I tried many differ tones and no the iPhone 11 screen says THE TIME ON TOP. THE DAY UNDER THE TIME AND THEN STATES THAT IPHONE UNAVAILABLE THEN AT THE WAY BOTTOM SAYS EMERGENCY, THATS IT. I don’t have a desktop computer but I do have a. iPad. Can I reset the iPhone using the iPad?
