Just recently I’ve been having problems with my watch. It will work, but it keeps glitching. It will scroll up and down constantly by itself without me touching it. It also won’t let me power it off. When I slide the button it doesn’t do anything. Even when I forced it to restart it still was acting weird. I’m wondering if it’s because I got it wet just the other day. It’s a series 4 and is water proof and I ejected the water 3 times but it still is acting weird.
The Apple Watch is not water proof. The Apple Watch is water resistant and there is a difference between those conditions. Water resistance is a condition that unfortunately can wane over time
So yeah, this issues can be caused by water damage. What is happening when you’re trying to force restart? Does it complete the force restart or not?
It did, but it doesn’t stop glitching to keeps on.
Now, it’s also having the same issue I saw someone else post about. When I forced restart again it automatically turned back on right away.
