iPhone screen works then gets worse

I have an iPhone 11, whenever I start using the phone it’s works well. After a few seconds words get pixilated, then horizontal and vertical lines appear, then it will start duplication icons and such on the screen. I’ve noticed it got worse when the screen was white/bright.
