How do I get a refund for incomplete album?

I bought an album through iTunes and it is missing a track.

I have spent months trying to resolve this issue through the music publisher and Apple and the problem has not been fixed.

I am unable to claim a refund on the product through the reportaproblem site.

I have also been told if I try to claim the money back through PayPal, apple will suspend my account.

I believe I am entitled to a refund as this album is incomplete.

Are you saying that, for example, 10 tracks are displayed and only 9 are on the album? Or, is the digital version different than the physical version? What is the album? Refunds only initiate from reportaproblem.apple.com. Outside of that you would need to contact Apple Support.

All the tracks appear on the album, but one song file is a duplicate of another. So one song appears twice, even though it is labelled as a different song.

How do I contact Apple Support?
