audio, videos, and personal hotspot not working on social media

I have an iphone 14 plus and on apps such as snap chat tiktok and youtube videos dont play i cant view stories and i have no audio this has happened before and i put it in an apple charger and i got fixed this time it didnt also this never happened on my iphone 6 or x
