Error message "iTunes account has been suspended"

hello, I have recently been having an issue where my phone says my Itues account has been suspended or band I’m not sure why

It is usually a billing-related issue. If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support.
