Can I Retrieve My Music Account?

I'm trying to retrieve my Apple music store account to purchase some new music. Unfortunately the email account I used to register my music one with was taken away from me when I moved because my WiFi provider didn't cover my new address. Is there any way of retrieving it and my previous purchases? Unfortunately my previous laptop that had the tracks downloaded onto it died a few years back.
