Paylists disappeared in my PC iTunes (win10) & "Genius results can't be updated because the iTunes store doesn't recognize your iTunes library"

please help; I am missing all of my playlists that I painstakingly created; when I try some of the recommendations, nothing seems to work or help.

1) Playlists disappeared on my win10 PC iTunes - I think they disappeared when I just updated iTunes.

2) I can't seem to turn off Genius

3) when I try to update, I get "Genius results can't be updated because the iTunes store doesn't recognize your iTunes library"

please, please, please help
