Gift Card Inactive

I bought an Apple Music gift card from my local Sainsbury’s the purchase when through with them fine but when I tried to add the gift card to my account it said it was invalid. I have just been back and spoken to the supermarket that I bought the card from and they said I need to talk to you

Issues with Giftcards I purchased I got an 3 Apple Card’s yesterday and they were all activated at the store when I tried redemption it kept showing invalid codes and they asked me at the store to wait for 24 hrs I did so and until now I’m still facing the same issues with the Giftcards keeps telling me invalid
