I can not see the app store

I can not see the app store and i have restrictions put to allowed to download apps. I reseted my ipad but it still does not show. Please help me fix it.

Try switching off Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Content & Privacy Restrictions.


Try switching off Settings > Screen Time > Share Across Devices.


See if it is in your App Library.
