hello. I want my iphone 12 use in trade-in. But when filling out the form, I received a notification that the entered serial number does not match my phone (iphone 12 64gb). What is it?

… and got this result.
You entered the serial number of an iPhone 12. Presumably you used zeroes and never the letter “O”. Hopefully you declared you were entering an iPhone before entering the serial number.
That is not a valid serial number.
