How do I find hidden vpn in the apps on my iPad?

One of my apps won’t play movies/shows anymore. It says I have a VPN on my iPad and it is blocking the app.

However, in the settings of my iPad it shows there’s a VPN put it isn’t connected nor is it configured in any way to ever connect.

So again, how do I find any hidden VPNs aside from being in any security type apps I may have?
