My new Mac Mini won't go into sleep mode

We need to see what all is running, a report from this will not display any personal info...

Troubleshooting Mac Not Going into Sleep Mode:

See what's eating up your CPU and RAM...

A. Use the Activity Monitor:

See what it taking the most out of the CPU. Is it Google Chrome? Or is is something else? To Find Out, use Activity Monitor and view the percent of each app...

1. Go to: Applications
2. Select: Utilities folder
3. Open: Activity Monitor
4. Click: Memory column

B. Remove Login Items:

While in Safe Mode, remove all of your Login Items, and then restart the Mac.  Go Here: Change Users & Groups Login Items Preferences on Mac - Apple Support
