Separate Health information in 2 watches on the 1 phone?

I have my mom’s watch and my watch paired to my phone. However, when I look in MY health details, it has HER information. When I go back to mine and edit it to reflect my details, HER Health details now reflect MINE!

Is there a way to to have that correctly reflect our individual details?
