Well, they're gone. But, maybe your DO have then somewhere else? Here is how you would troubleshooting restoring them from an iPhone:

Troubleshooting Lost Notes:

A. Where to Go:

• Start Here: If you're Missing Notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
• iCloud in Settings: Look in iCloud settings in each device, and make sure that Notes is clicked. If it is, then unclick it, and then click it again.

B. Restore from a Backup:

Have any backups of your iPhone that contains these notes? If so, restore your iPhone from a backup, and you could recover them.

Anything recoverable is in the recently deleted folder in notes. Nothing else can be recovered.
