Refund not in my bank account

My child accidentally clicked buy Snapchat for a year. I requested a refund immediately and it was approved 24 hours later. This was on 6/17 that said it was refunded. The transaction is still not in my bank account. I was told I needed to contact you. Can you please lmk where my refund is.
