Can I run Mac OS X 10.6.8 on a MacPro 4.1

Can I run Mac OS X 10.6.8 Snow Leopard on a MacPro 4.1 (2009 build) with the following spec, Processor: 2.66 GHz Quard-Core Intel Xeon, Memory: 16 GB 1066 MHz DDR3, Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 512 MB, Serial No: CK9290344PD.

Mac OS X 10.6.8 is on the second hard disk on my MacPro 4.1 and is currently not the startup disk. The first hard disk (the usual startup disk) runs Mac OS X 10.13.4 High Sierra, which is the computer's original hard disk.

I wish to use FreeHand MX 11 which I understand will run on OS X 10.6.8 but not OS X 10.13.4?

Also: What is the maximum amount of RAM I can put in a MacPro 4.1?

The MacPro4,1 devices are six different Early 2009 models that shipped with OS X 10.5.6 on them and can support up to macOS 10.11.6 (El Capitan). Yes, they should be able to handle Snow Leopard initially via a 10.6.3 DVD, and then software updates to 10.6.8. No browser or email support is owing to the now deprecated network security protocol support in Snow Leopard.

Via third parties, the RAM on these models can be expanded to 48 GB with three 16GB RAM cards.
