There was a problem upgrading your iCloud+ plan.Try again later

Actually i use fampay app for payment and every time i try to upgrade my iCloud it first says open your upi app to approve and when i open my fampay for the approval i do not see any notification and when i come back to the upgrade page it shows the upgrading issue
