Why can't I see all transactions of both cards on my Apple wallet?

I have a credit card and a debit card linked to my apple wallet. The credit card is set as the default card and I see all transitions. I do not see any transaction on my debit card which is not the default card. Why can't I see all transaction on both cards in apple wallet?

Apple Wallet displays the information that the bank shares with Apple. If the information required is not displayed, please ask your bank to expand the information they share with Apple so that you can view it in your Apple Wallet.

Apple only has access to encrypted data about Apple Pay transactions. Apple does not have the key to decrypt the data ad thus relies on the bank to share decrypted information about the transactions.
