Input volume low on my macbook air with sonoma

Since updating to Sonoma on my MacBookAir, input volume goes to a minimum on several apps (zoom, WhatsApp Desktop). People can't hear me anymore, even if volume is at maximum in Settings. Only way to fix it is by quitting Safari, then open it again, but as soon as I use the mic in Safari (like in a meeting), problem comes back.
