Crash of macOS 14.5

I've been using my MacBook Air M1 from the past 3 months and everything was working flawlessly. But form the past 3 days, I'm facing a lot of issues. The OS crashed and then after restarting it, I had to re-login into all the apps. Safari has slowed down, tones of bugs in the Lock Screen and the power off button barely works(OS issue). If anyone has faced the same issue and have the solution, please revert back to me
