Trouble with claiming a buisness

I run a youth campground and chapel that can be rented out for camps, retreats, and weddings. The information on the address is old from the previous owner and has not been updated. I don't have a cellphone or land line associated with the facility just an email address. When I go to claim the facility it is requiring that I have a number attached. We receive hundreds of request for camps and weddings and everyone is wanting to negotiate to knock another group out or to have an exception which is why we do not have a number attached to the facility. I have two ideas but I'm not sure if either are possible. 1.) create a account without a number attached/ one that is not public. 2.) Delete the original account and leave the facility with no map information. Any ideas on what I can do?
