Can't add my apple watch back into the Find My app

I was trying to make my apple watch make a sound so I could find it, but it didn't work. Found my watch, but thought I would remove it from the app and add it back in to see if that would fix the problem. Now in Settings on the watch screen, Find my Watch is grayed out and I can't turn it back on.
