Hi there!

You could try to reassign the control keys on your keyboard via Key Commands > Edit Assignments > Control Surface > Learn

However, this does not explain the sustain pedal not working. Perhaps there is a polarity switch on it?

Also, because the faders aren't working, it is possible that something is set incorrectly on the Nektar itself.
