Apple Numbers App, high screen time, not trusted!

Hey,

I have an iPhone 14 Pro and over the last two weeks I’ve noticed that I have an unusually high screen time for the Apple numbers app.

I never use it so, strange!

I contact Apple support who tell me to turn off background app refresh for said app. I do this but then think, hey I don’t use it so uninstall it.

Well the next day and since it still appears with many hours of screen time.

It also states on screen time that it is not a trusted app.

Tempted to just wipe it and start again but any suggestions before hand on what could be causing it and how to stop it?
