iPhone 15 Pro Telephoto camera

So I recently migrated from iPhone X to iPhone 15 Pro (used but only a few weeks old, first use was in may 2024 and I bought it at the end of may). The first thing that I noticed was the picture quality of portraits (or 3x photos using telephoto lens). When compared to iPhone 14 Pro the 3x photos were noticeably more grainy, noisy and less sharp in all sorts of lighting conditions tested.

Now I am wondering if its a software bug, issue due to migration or any possibility of the cameras being changed with fake ones (there is no message in settings regarding the non genuine parts though).
