How do we delete former "admin" from a MacBook Pro recycled in family to allow new family member to be be independent on the recycled machine?

Transferring ownership of a MacBook from one user to another I bought two macbooks, one for me and one for my daughter. I accidententily set hers up as mine, how can rectify this? the MacBooks are the same but, different colors, she wants the black one I already set up as mine, how can I delete my info so that she can set it up as hers?
