Movie Rental Secret of the Wings

I rented a movie called Secret of the Wings and the description listed it as a rental for 30 days. However, it expired within 2 days of purchase. I don’t see a refund option for rentals, only purchases. I would really just like to be able to have access to the movie for the full 30 days rather than get a refund. How do I resolve this issue?

For movie rentals purchased through Apple, you have 30 days to start watching the movie. After you start watching, it will only be available to 2 days. That is the way it works for all movie rentals through the Apple TV app.
