Name grayed out in settings
Have grayed out name account in settings cannot open email account in settings
iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 17
Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Account Changes > [Allow]

Changes should apply instantly, but go ahead and restart.
If still no help, something else is going on. Don't know what since I cannot duplicate the issue.
That did not work so do I need to turn phone off to see if these changes applied?
