Wi-Fi option greyed out on my iPhone 8.

I cannot turn my wi-fi on. It's grey out. I tried restarting and erasing all data but its still not working. What can i do? Pls, help.

Are you able to turn Bluetooth on? Or, is it also grayed out?


If both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are grayed out, the microchip that supplies these services has failed.


Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop.
