i trying to updating my macbook pro m1 2020 from macos ventura to sonoma directly from system setting, but its failed, my storage was free and my internet is not too slow, 30mbps is a quite fast ig 😫

Out of Interest, what exact version of Ventura
Current is Ventura 13.6.7
There looks like maybe 2 more updates from that same image that is cut off
UpGrades and not the same as upDates
This may depend on how Old your Ventura is ?
In Theory, a " macbook pro m1 2020 " with Ventura should be able to Jump ( upGrade ) directly to Sonoma 14.5
Though, as the computer is experiencing an issue making the Leap to Sonoma
You may consider your options carefully
Always make a Time Machine Backup before doing any upDates / upGrades
It may be your only way back if things go wrong
