How do I fix my disabled App Store and iTunes account?

My iPhone 11 will not update anything that needs updated it just continues to turn in circles and then says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes. I just need to know how to fix this problem so I can continue to update personal accounts that I need to see soon. And in the future. And get apps I want. Thank you

When "your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there is an issue with the payment method.


In this case, I recommend contacting Apple Support for help from an Apple advisor.
