6/25/24: A few days ago I followed some suggestions to extend the battery life on my iPhone SE. Whatever I did makes it so I can no longer turn on the Background App Refresh button so the Snapshot function tracking my driving on Progressive will work. I've rebooted my phone and it didn't fix the problem. That button continues to stay gray.
