iCloud Restore Paused

I had very low storage on my phone, 127.48 GB with 128GB maximum so I bought iCloud+ to upgrade my iCloud storage from 50GB to 200GB. Photos and videos were getting restored but paused about half way, I deleted a few more apps I don’t use to give more phone storage but it’s still paused
