My iphone wifi wont work

My iphone 7+ wifi switch wont budge, i tried everything reseting my phone, reseting the network service thingy i did almost reset and it wont let me switch it to let the my iphone wifi work :( and sometimes it works but my wifi will start to dissappear pls help :(
