i am facing issue on whatsapp call when i make a call on whatsapp it displays complete contact information ( contact name with phone number) i need to hide the phone number it should only display contact name like how it displays on android devices

At least you have found the answer. It will be up to them to provide an update to change any features of the app. By viewing the Privacy Page for WhatsApp Messenger in the App Store you can see that they collect all this information from your device:
Seems like they currently collect quite a bit of information from their users and need to explain why all that is needed for a simple messaging app with claims of security and privacy.
