How to request a refund from simple.life?

Didn't realise they would automatically deduct thru PayPal without advising me. I thought it was just a free trial, which I never even opened, but to deduct without notifying via email that the amount of $49.90 would be deducted to me is "stealing". Now reading further comments from others, it appears it's a common practice which should be looked at by government. I have written to SIMPLE.LIFE they have offered to refund 50% which I requested full refund that was 4 days ago, have not heard back. Glad I came across this forum. Hope they do the right thing and refund me in total. Will keep u all updated.
