iTunes quit syncing music from my PC to my iPhone. When I plugin the phone iTunes starts the backup process and continues through "downloading diagnostic information" then quits. This is situation started in the last few months. Is there an iOS update that could have caused this? I have tried different cables and syncing via WiFi with the same results.
